warning: the following post may offend some viewers of the man persuasion. i'm just pissed off. as they say, this too shall pass.
i've been saying it for years now. men are the new women. men are completely incapable of normal human interaction without the guidance of a woman.
eg: have you ever, ever met a man who had the nerve to TELL a woman that anything was over? i'm talking every time he loses interest in a woman, EVERY single time. even when it's just been the woman coming on to the guy and the guy isn't interested. even when it's just a friendship. have you ever met a man who has a 100% track record in that department?
no. men run away, they hide, and they ignore until the chick gets the point loud and clear.

show me one man who has always, always had enough respect for a woman to tell her, "look, i'm not interested." or "this isn't going to happen" etc. and i will take it back. just one.
in most men i've known, it's not because they're assholes. it's because they don't want to let anyone down, or hurt them. but they just never seem to realize that leaving someone hanging hurts so much more.
show me one man. please.

Tell one woman who doesn't close in an "open face" of a man.. And I will tell you that no woman would admit that want to get a response pre-convincing in that all males just want to bang.. Well Women are crazier because they end up skirting around the issue to see how much pain one man can endure, and then the bar gets raised upon the fulfillment of our animal thresholds to what you fullfill in our beastly souls... Either way at some point it takes great sex and great minds to make a fulfilled pair so the mind will at least be so overwhelmed by getting two factions of ultimate tangets concluded that when they get pissed or happy with their partners they have one or the two to fall back on.. And a psuedo spirtual realm kinda creates a basic fulfillment of mire..

You raise a good point here and I'll have to admit that I am in fact guilty of leaving a girl hanging. However, I have also been up-front about not being interested as well and I'll admit it was difficult.
Conversely, woman are for the most part guilty of this as well. I can't tell you how many women I've approached who just didn't have the gal to say "I'm not interested." Instead we are lead on thinking that there is attraction when in fact there is none.
I think that this "running away" problem is really an affliction of nice people. People who are afraid to hurt feelings. Unfortunately, I don't think feelings can be spared either way.

i absolutely hate this excuse. it's nothing but a delusion. it's not because you're trying to be nice, avoiding telling her, it's 100% selfish. you don't want to face the disappointment. you're afraid. if you truly wanted to be kind, you'd face her and tell her so she could move on and not have to be dragged through the mud. you are full of fear, and nutless.
and yes, women do it to.
