David Cameron will today attempt to rebrand the Conservatives as tough on the causes of crime, as he calls for politicians to show more understanding towards teenagers in hooded tops.

while i agree wholeheartedly with what mr. cameron was saying, i am absolutely floored at the fact that this "closer look at hoodies" ever had to take place in any country. they actually banned the fucking things in some malls to prevent shoplifters.
